2. Organize a Fundraiser

A donation to a charity is an individual act and to encourage more people to step up and donate, you organize a fundraiser event. By organizing a charity, you increase your level of involvement and encourage tens of more people to donate. The final sum you collect through the event will actually be an amount that could be gathered because of your efforts and involvement.

3. Volunteer in an NGO

If you want to be even more involved and help the needy, you can also choose to volunteer your time at an NGO. Many people do it. They dedicate their free time to an NGO, especially around the weekend. This is a great way to utilise your free time and also do something good for society. The exhaustion you will feel after a day of volunteering will be positive exhaustion and you will feel happy all day long. 4. Start a Community in your Society

Many people also start a small community in their society to help the needy. This community can be in the form of teaching. They teach a subject to the children and adults who could not afford to go to a school. This is also a great way to give back to society. And the more you do it, the more people will also get involved. You may be able to teach only one subject. As more people get involved, the community you created will teach more than one subject.
